Implementation of FSSC 22000 Version 7 Changes and ISO 22002‑x Integration
This intensive two‑day programme provides a comprehensive understanding of the NEW FSSC 22000 Version 7 updates and the ISO 22002‑x series, equipping participants to implement the new requirements with confidence and precision. The course explores how the ISO 22002‑x standards underpin prerequisite programmes (PRPs) and integrate seamlessly into the Version 7 framework, strengthening operational control and audit readiness.
Our structured modules and particularly our practical exercises, together with real-world examples from years of combined experience in Food Safety Management Systems, will provide delegates with the ability to:
- Interpret and apply Version 7 changes;
- Map PRPs from the ISO 22002-x series to Version 7 clauses;
- Update HACCP and OPRP plans to align with new requirements;
- Conduct gap assessments;
- Identify potential challenges in implementing the new requirements;
- Prepare for certification audits in time for the new implementation dates.
Designed for food manufacturers, packaging producers, storage, catering and transport operations, this course focusses on the practical delivery of actionable tools and a clear roadmap for the successful implementation of Version 7.
