A One-Hour FREE Webinar
Join us for a dive into the most common mistakes made with Pre-Requisite Programmes (PRPs) and HACCP, both of which still present significant challenges, in spite of their many years in existence.
Why is that?
PRPs and HACCP are the foundation of an effective food safety system — yet we constantly see that they are still frequently misunderstood and more importantly, incorrectly applied and/or managed.
With PRPs required to be risk-based, it is no longer enough to simply have procedures and programmes in place. They need to be appropriate to the hazards, processes and risks of the operation and work together with HACCP to achieve the intended food safety outcome.
In this FREE webinar, we’ll highlight common mistakes we see in practice and have collected over the years, challenge some long-held assumptions about PRPs and HACCP, and share practical insights.
Because when HACCP fails, it’s not only the system or the Food Safety Management System Certificate that is at risk.
Critically, the consumer and ultimately the business are affected.
